Good morning, Washington State Licensees.

We understand that we made the expectation that these inventory intake and reporting tools would be live today but unfortunately the inventory intake user experience does not meet the standards our customers deserve. The good news is that we have been able to successfully complete all the major developments needed for CCRS reporting and the inventory management service through your new portal interfaces. Unfortunately, during this process we discovered several complications with displaying this information within the new subdomain without conflicting with other elements of the subdomain.

Please note, all reports required by the state have been uploaded and you are compliant, the issue is limited exclusively to viewing the data within the portal. We are actively exploring all potential resolution options available to ensure that communications between the new tool and existing systems, but do not have a timeline for resolution at this moment.

We are so grateful for your patience over the past few weeks as we work within the new system. Your patience will be rewarded soon as we work toward bringing these tools live for you. Until you can fully leverage the new inventory tools, you can continue to bring in products through Korona and Traceweed as you have done in the past. Incoming manifests can continue to be brought in via stock receipt in Korona.

Good Morning Washington State Licensees

We have successfully completed all of the major development work on the CCRS automation and inventory management service through the new portal interface. By the end of today you will finally see your inventory interfaces activated on your portal.

Rest assured, all of your required spreadsheets needed to stay compliant were uploaded to the State, and you are all actively on the CCRS at this point. Many of you are already able to see those reports on your portals; for those that can’t yet or are seeing only some of the reports, we will continue to troubleshoot the display issues for those reports and expect that all will be available to view today. Again, this is just a display issue on our portal, all of the information has been submitted on the back-end and we are actively gathering the data needed for your weekly submission moving forward.

This has been a complicated and long development cycle. We ended up cramming what should have been a 4 month project into an 8 week deliverable. Our efforts are never finished, though, as we will continue to hone this service over the coming days, weeks, and months to ensure it is not only fully functional but begins to provide a lot of added value for each of you. Our goals for Q1 of 2022 are to enhance this service even more with functionality that will help each of you run your businesses more efficiently and make data driven decisions.

Good Morning Washington State Licensees

We continue to make progress on automating the CCRS processes for you. We have now successfully established the automations for all aspects of the reports that we are able to automate and will continue to work on streamlining those processes as necessary.

The State Compliance report pages and the .CSV list should become visible for you today on your portal. We have also deployed the inventory management page to each of your portals behind a password protection that we will remove as soon as your integrations have been tested and deemed ready to be used by your team.

There are still several loose ends that we need to tie up today from all the changes made to accommodate all the variations of inventory and manifests. We are as eager as all of you to get this completed and deployed, but we are making sure to take the due diligence needed to ensure that everything is functioning fully prior to launch. We are launching but want to remind everyone that this massive software development effort crunched into a very short time frame, especially when working within a state system like CCRS. We need to account for all the moving parts.

Please continue to be patient as we ensure everything is working correctly and continue to bring in products through Korona and Traceweed as you have done in the past until we can safely deploy the new tools.

As a final reminder for our clients who haven’t signed into their SAW account and set Dauntless as your integrator, this must get this done before 3 pm on the 18th for Dauntless to submit your information automatically before Leaf goes offline permanently at 5 pm that same day.

Good Morning Washington State Licensees

We made massive progress against the strange nuances of CCRS on our quest to automate this process for you. We have now successfully established the various characters and combinations that will cause their system to fail when posting a report so that we can consistently generate and submit those reports on your behalf without fail moving forward. The team worked on this all day and through the night, and the result is that all of your initial data (if you have set Dauntless as your integrator with the state) will be in CCRS today, and we are now on a weekly reporting schedule for you to CCRS.

Also, last night, the State Compliance report pages were set to deploy for each of your portals, and they should become visible today as they propagate out. The data in those reports may take a little time to synchronize but, over the next few days, these reports should reflect your current state with the CCRS integration. Data for these reports is updated after the close of business each day and will be made available the following day.

Today, the team turns full attention back to the inventory management tools of your portal now that the CCRS integration is stable and fully active. Due to all the changes made to accommodate so many different variations of inventory and manifests, the team has concentrated on delivering the functionality you need to keep the inventory flowing and reporting to CCRS for this initial launch. The plan is to deploy these tools to your portal today, but as with any software development effort, especially when working within a state system like CCRS, there are many moving parts. We don’t want to deliver something that doesn’t work, or worse yet, does something unintended. We ask that you be patient as we ensure everything is working correctly. Please continue to bring in products through Korona and Traceweed as you have done in the past until we can safely deploy the new tools. We don’t intend to take the entire overlap of Leaf to get these deployed, but in theory, we have until 5 pm on the 18th to complete the build, and the team feels extremely confident we won’t need that much time to get it done.

At this time, roughly 40% of businesses across the industry have yet to set their integrator. For the 19% of our clients who haven’t signed into their SAW account and set Dauntless as your integrator, the sales team will reach out and work with you to get that done. This must get this done before 3 pm on the 18th for Dauntless to submit your information automatically before Leaf goes offline permanently at 5 pm that same day.

For Retailers, be sure to take a look at the inventory guide that is linked in your “Featured” and “Development” feeds titled “Inventory Management” to get an idea of how you will use the inventory service on your portal when deployed.

Hello Washington State Licensees

First, we’d like to thank all our clients for bearing with us as we navigate the newly released state CCRS changeover from Leaf. As expected, there are some complications in communication between all the systems, but our team is focusing all efforts on getting the new inventory integration in the portal working as expected. As of today, the initial inventory submissions to the state CCRS are going out for all our clients that have signed Dauntless up as their integrator in the CCRS. For those that haven’t taken that step yet, you must get this done before 5pm on the 18th for Dauntless to submit your information automatically before Leaf goes offline permanently.

Today Dauntless will deploy all of the Compliance Report pages to everyone’s portal so you can see the data that will go into the state system and the .CSV files created on your behalf and submitted to the state.

Our plan is to deploy the inventory tools we have shown you as soon as they are fully functioning with the state data we submit today. In the meantime, we have posted the inventory guide that shows how to use the tool to your portals under both the Featured feed and the Development feed.

We will be sending daily updates at 9 am and periodically throughout the day over this week and into next week as we fine-tune this new integrated and automated service for you.
