We have experienced an unplanned outage and have resolved the issue, and are currently performing a root cause analysis and developing a mitigation plan to prevent future outages.
The outage took our servers offline from approximately 12:12 pm until our service provider was able to mitigate the issue at 12:29.
No data was lost, though it succeeded in causing some of our customer points of sale to become unresponsive. We continue to monitor the situation and ensure this type of loss will not be possible in the future.
