It has been a much more difficult journey than we expected to build out a fully automated update to the inventory management services Dauntless provides. But we remain focused on delivering a service that is unmatched in the industry. We are proud to know that our CCRS integration is fully functioning and keeping all of you compliant without you needing to do anything more than the day-to-day management of your facilities. That isn’t to say that we can’t do more to streamline the current workflows and processes.
As of this morning, we have deployed an automated update to the inventory synchronization tool so that all manifests coming in will automatically create the inventory for your facilities. This interim upgrade is the first step in delivering the full-on inventory upgrade and gets something functioning in place immediately to relieve some of the difficulties created by the CCRS changes. With this update, you will begin to see the value of the automation we are putting in place and we expect to deliver continual improvements on the inventory services until we can finally deploy the full inventory management interface.
To leverage this automation take the following steps with manifests as they come in:
1. copy the link into an email to an @amp.dauntlessinc.com
2. Log on to https://portal.dauntlesscloud.com
3. Find the manifest in the portal. It will begin with GMFST
4. Match products the same way you did with LEAF
This is a temporary workflow that will enable things to move quite a bit faster and utilize all of the work we have done to automate the CCRS manifests.
