This guide walks you through the Sango point-of-sale (POS) terminal and printer set up. Follow the instructions to ensure correct function of both equipment and peripherals and to avoid potential damage.
POS terminal set up
Step 1 Remove side cover
Press the button on the back of the side cover and gently release and remove the cover at an angle.

Step 2 Plug in the ethernet (LAN) cable
Plug the network cable into the LAN shown below the USB 3.0 (blue USB) ports.

Step 3 Plug in the printer cable
Plug the printer cable into the USB port. Also make sure the printer’s power cord is connected and plugged into the power source.

Step 4 Connect the cash drawer cable to the Epson receipt printer
Important: Carefully plug each clearly marked cable end into the respective locations: cash drawer and Epson Receipt Printer.

Step 5 Plug the scanner into the POS terminal
Plug the scanner USB into the POS terminal USB port.

Step 6 Connect the POS to the power outlet
Put the cover back on the POS and plug it into a power outlet with surge protection. Next press Power. Once the POS Login screen appears, you
can log on using code one (1).
